What To Look For With The Flu Or Strep?
Both the flu (which is not the same as the stomach flu) and strep are respiratory illnesses that can need treatment. With our flu and strep testing, you can know if you have one of these illnesses quickly and get the primary care you require.
If you’re experiencing any of these symptoms, come in for a test:
Fever.

sore throat.
runny or stuffy nose.
muscle or body aches.

Pain when swallowing.
Red and swollen tonsils.
White patches or streaks of pus on the tonsils.
Tiny, red spots on the roof of the mouth, called petechiae.

What Does The Process Look Like?
Once you have scheduled an appointment with us, come to our pharmacy, where our pharmacists will administer the rapid flu and strep tests. These tests are quick and painless, giving you accurate test results within minutes.
This allows for timely diagnosis and treatment, preventing the spread of these illnesses to others. Once we get your test results, we’ll give you the appropriate medication, if necessary, and a treatment plan for you to follow once you get home.
What Do We Test For?
Our rapid flu and strep tests can detect influenza A/B viruses and Group A Streptococcus bacteria. These are the most common causes of respiratory illness during the flu season.
If you test positive for either, our pharmacists are fully equipped to prescribe and fill the medications necessary for you to recover quickly.
